Broadview Home Loans - Steve and Kelley Carrigan

Steve and Kelley manage Broadview Home Loan's Camarillo Branch, and they have seen many changes in the mortgage industry over the past twenty years. Steve is the Production Manager, and Kelley is the Branch Manager.

In 1976, the couple married and started their family. Steve was studying Accounting at Cal State University Northridge, and Kelley was busy raising their two young boys, Ryan and Mason. Steve realized that accounting lacked the excitement and challenge he desired in a career, and the couple also wanted to develop a business they could grow together. After considering their options, Steve and Kelley decided to enter the mortgage business. In 1979, the couple founded Warner Funding Corporation and grew the business from a small mortgage brokerage to a full service mortgage banking company. The Northridge Earthquake caused them to close the business; however, they went on to become co-owners of the Camarillo Branch of Broadview Home Loans.
