RYAN MORTON

Since 2010, Ryan Morton has been the branch manager of the La Mesa branch for Broadview Home Loans. Being in the business since 1995 has allowed Ryan to learn the ins and outs of mortgage lending and contributes to his wealth of knowledge about the industry.

For a location known for its idyllic nature and sunny days, San Diego has offered Ryan a beautiful location for his family and business. He pours this sincerity in helping other families and homebuyers lock in an affordable loan payment to ensure they can enjoy the same community Ryan has come to treasure. He truly takes his time to educate home buyers through the complex home buying process and emphasizes that a home purchase can add stability and security to a family’s financial future.

La Mesa is not only his place of business, but his community as well. Ryan is involved in the Journey Church and teaches free homebuyer education classes at the local library. This allows Ryan to participate in his community as a neighbor in addition to a business man.  Finally, and most importantly, Ryan adores spending time with his wife Kelly and their three children Harrison, Hudson, and Sophia. The Morton family frequents Mammoth for snowboarding in the winter and enjoys the warm San Diego summers camping at the beach.
