Despite the mortgage industry becoming increasingly more complex, Dee Ann is able to break down the complexity of the industry, its regulations and the rules and options available to her customers. She focuses on counseling and educating borrowers, giving them peace of mind and confidence throughout the entire lending experience. While technology is a welcome aid in the mortgage process, Dee Ann prefers spending quality time with her clients, meeting them face to face and getting to know and understand their goals and objectives. In each transaction that she handles, she provides a personal touch and creates a hands-on learning environment.
